ShareX

Point ShareX at CDNForge so screenshots and clips land on your CDN with one hotkey.

1. Create an API key

  1. Open Dashboard → API keys.
  2. Create an image key for screenshots (cnf_img_) or a video key for clips.
  3. Copy the key once. Store it somewhere safe.

2. Add a custom uploader

In ShareX: Destinations → Custom uploader settings → New → Import from clipboard / JSON.

sharex-cdnforge.sxcu
{
  "Version": "15.0.0",
  "Name": "CDNForge",
  "DestinationType": "ImageUploader, FileUploader",
  "RequestMethod": "POST",
  "RequestURL": "https://app.back2rp.org/api/v1/upload",
  "Headers": {
    "Authorization": "Bearer cnf_img_YOUR_KEY"
  },
  "Body": "MultipartFormData",
  "FileFormName": "file",
  "URL": "{json:url}",
  "ErrorMessage": "{json:error}"
}

Video clips

For video uploads, use a cnf_vid_ key. ShareX uses direct multipart, so keep clips small enough for your host body limit. For larger media, use the API chunked upload flow or the FiveM resource. For original PNG/WebP/zip files, switch the URL to /api/v1/file and use a cnf_fil_ key.

3. Set as default

  1. Destinations → Destination settings → Image uploader → Custom uploader.
  2. Pick CDNForge.
  3. Take a test screenshot and confirm the copied URL opens on your CDN.

Optional folder

ShareX can send extra form fields. Add an Arguments entry with name folder and value ShareX if you want uploads grouped in that folder.
