Terms of Service
Welcome to CDNForge — a free media CDN and structured logging platform for FiveM game servers, available at app.back2rp.org (the "Platform"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Platform. By using CDNForge, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CDNForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies posted on the Platform. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. The Service
CDNForge lets you and your FiveM server upload images, video clips, and audio, and send structured log events, via an API token. Uploaded media is served back to you through public CDN URLs. CDNForge is provided free of charge.
3. Content Restrictions
You are solely responsible for anything you or your server uploads, sends, or shares through the Platform. You may not upload or transmit content that:
- Is sexually explicit or contains nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive material
- Depicts graphic violence, gore, or real harm to people or animals
- Promotes or glorifies illegal activity, self-harm, or harm to others
- Constitutes hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Infringes someone else's copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
4. User Conduct
When using CDNForge, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the rights and privacy of other users
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its infrastructure, or other users' access to it
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or its systems
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your API token(s) confidential — you're responsible for activity that occurs under your token
5. Fair Use
CDNForge is free, but resources aren't unlimited. We reserve the right to apply rate limits, storage limits, or other fair-use restrictions to keep the service reliable for everyone, and to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g., excessive uploads, automated abuse, or attempts to use CDNForge as general-purpose file hosting unrelated to FiveM server use).
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor content uploaded to the Platform and to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice, at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on CDNForge infringes your copyright or other IP rights, contact us at support@back2rp.org with enough detail for us to investigate.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to CDNForge at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.
9. Right to Remove or Delete Content
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or delete any content uploaded to the Platform without prior notice — including content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or that we believe poses a risk to the Platform or its users. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from removal of content under this provision.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
CDNForge is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or reliability. As a free service, we do not guarantee uptime or make any service-level commitments.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDNForge and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of uploaded content, logs, or data.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
